🏀 HOOPERS ➡️ Being unpredictable “off the bounce” is a CHEAT CODE!

Here’s the key… 🔑

Pickups, Balance and Deception are EVERYTHING!

When you practice being deceptive, make sure your body does NOT follow your eyes. You must be relaxed, poised, & ready to drop quickly to get into your shot smoothly.

If you want to take and make more shots off the dribble, save this and master it moving forward. 💯

It’s that simple… CHEAT CODE 💎💡

🏀 HOOPERS ➡️ The fastest way to get into your flow, especially when it comes to shooting, is to focus on your BREATH. Breathing settles your mind, regulates your nervous system, and relaxes your body.

This is why, in the Iren Rainey System, we practice this tool consistently — so that our hoopers master entering that state, staying in it, and performing to the best of their abilities.

It’s that simple… CHEAT CODE 💎💡

🏀 HOOPERS ➡️ One of the best ways to get through mistakes in workouts is choosing to have fun working through them!

The truth is, perfection doesn’t exist, so there’s no need to get upset when mistakes happen even though it’s something we’ve been programmed to do.

Just smile or laugh about them, ultimately knowing that you’ll get it right!

As you can see, the vibes are always high when @tt.21 and I are in the gym building. Even though he’s super skilled, tough to guard, and holds himself to a high standard, we’ve learned that to get the most out of the workouts, it’s important to always have fun with it.

It’s that simple… CHEAT CODE 💎💡

Every movement matters.

Speed, precision and decision-making. The next generation of Swiss handball puts it all into practice on the ASB GlassFloor at OYM.

Fast feet. Sharp turns. Split-second decisions.

The glass floor revolution is coming to basketball, and our friends at ASB GlassFloor are leading the way.

The NBA is a strategic investor in ASB and continues to evaluate the technology’s potential for future use. The Cleveland Cavaliers are incorporating an ASB court into their new practice facility, and teams across the league practice at ASB’s Orlando Athletes Lab when visiting the Magic.

This past week, we welcomed Orlando-based media to the Lab for a behind-the-scenes look at the future of basketball playing surfaces. Thank you to the Orlando Business Journal and Sports Illustrated for joining us to see the possibilities firsthand.
