💜 National Day of Encouragement 💜

Today, we’re celebrating the power of encouragement — especially the encouragement we give ourselves. 🫶

Grace Bale, sophomore basketball player at Asbury University, shared her journey recovering from her 3rd ACL surgery and how she learned to encourage herself along the way.

To every student-athlete facing an injury: don’t lose hope. Find the light, give yourself grace, and remember that your story is far from over. ✨
