Ascendent Animation was founded on a vision for dreams. Dreams are what we are all about. "I want to be in an anime." "We want an English dub for our anime show." "We want to hear our favorite stories." "We want to hear new voices; different voices."
"We'd like a chance."

These dreams shape our commitment to every project we touch. We know how precious dreams are, so we put our best efforts into everything we do. We work hard to bring together a team from all walks of life from all around the globe. We welcome dreamers.
We strive to bring dreams to life.

Thank you to the dreamers who have the courage to believe.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY IKUKO ONABUTA FROM NUKITASHI!! 🥳🥳🥳

Being cast as the English voice of Ikuko quite literally changed my life. I’ve made so many new friends. I’ve received countless opportunities like flying out to California for Anime Expo 2026. I’m so incredibly grateful to @ascendentanimation and @oceanveil_en for giving me this opportunity and I’m so grateful to the Nukitashi fans who have been so welcoming supporting not only the anime adaptation of the game, but also the English dub! Nukitashi fans on 🔝

Another super cool thing that I just found out is that @majinzelpher (the English voice of Junnosuke) and I have the same birthday!! We both had birthdays on September 15th!!! Lucky!!! In celebration of our and Ikuko’s birthday, here’s a mostly SFW clip from the show. Some of you might even recognize it from the dubbing workshop at AX!

You can stream Nukitashi and more on @oceanveil_en

Thank you @ascendentanimation for having me on the project! Also a huge thank you to Kevin and Jack for the incredible direction and audio engineering <3

This show is also really exciting for me because it's the first anime that I get to be cast mates with my voice actor friends @miapaigeva and @rooryderva and I got to voice alongside a few of my Nukitashi pals!!

The cast is seriously stacked!

Shizuka: @diana.garnet_tonkhai
Kamui: @jinocalla
Inagawa: @MiaPaigeVA
Kyoko: @snehak.va
Narrator: Aife
Teketeke: @ariavpierce
and my friends @dreayalavo and @rooryderva voiced the clients!

WARNING: The show is TV-MA so make sure you don't throw this cartoon on for the kids 😅

🎙️ BOO! 👻 you can hear me as Teke-Teke (テケテケ) in Kamui: He’s Behind You! In Episode 1!

I ALWAYS WANTED TO PLAY A DEMONIC GHOST ENTITY 🥹 another dream role accomplished! I’m so glad I got to do some ✨wild✨ demonic monster ghost vocals and screams while chasing Shizuka~ heehee

So stoked to be brought in to be a part of this amazing show alongside @jinocalla @diana.garnet_tonkhai and @voicesofnina (can’t forget my fellow FS comrades @manatjohnson and @snehak.va — we get to be in another universe together!!)

Thank you Kevin and Jack over at @ascendentanimation for having me in a fun wild session 😆🤣

May Teke-Teke rest in sweet bliss 🙏🏻🧎🏼‍♀️‍➡️📿🛐

I never believed in ghosts until I came face to face with one 💀

👻 ROLE ANNOUNCEMENT 👻

It is genuinely such an honor that I get to play the man himself, Kamui, in KAMUI: He's Behind You! He's a world famous psychic and exorcist who has some rather unusual methodology, but it certainly works 💪🏽 (Please note, this is one is spicy so please make sure you are over 18!)

That having been said, I think this is one of the funniest shows I've ever gotten to work on, and Kamui himself is such a joy to play. I am so thankful to the team at @ascendentanimation for trusting me with him and I'm excited for all of you to bust some ghosts with us 👻

All episodes streaming on @oceanveil_en
SEPTEMBER 16, so mark your calendars and come do the monster mash with us!

📢Role Announcement!!📢

Excited to announce that I voice ghost-magnet Shizuka Mimizuka in the English dub of Kamui : He’s Behind You 👻✨

Shizuka assists Kamui mainly by acting as bait to his uhhh…
👁️👄👁️ …Unorthodox…
exorcism techniques!!

The dub will start airing September 16th over on OveanVeil ( @oceanveil_en )
Thank you everyone at the @ascendentanimation team for believing in me for such a fun character!!

⚠️This is a spicy title! Please make sure you’re over 18!!

That said this is also an ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS title (and nothing spicy happens to any non-ghosty characters!)
There are also a ton of hidden anime references, silly Easter eggs, great writing, and deep multi-layered characters!

Bubbling with excitement to share I’m the English voice of Kotone Shirakawa in the Overflow English Dub.

I really can’t thank @ascendentanimation enough for giving me this incredible opportunity and it was so amazing meeting all the Overflow fans at Anime Expo!!! (Sorry I had to go incognito as just a fan back in July! 😅)

This project has been in the works for so long that I actually recorded for Overflow before we had finished recording for Nukitashi. I hope that helps illustrate how much time and love was put into the Overflow dub. We really wanted to do such a popular title justice.

If you want to check it out, Overflow (English Dub) comes out tomorrow on @oceanveil_en

HAPPY NUKITASHI DAY!!!

It’s officially been one year since Nukitashi: The Animation came out!

I couldn’t possibly have imagined the impact this show would have on my life. I adore Nukitashi and everyone at @ascendentanimation at @oceanveil_en and at Kadokawa who made this show and the English dub possible.

Seeing all the fans showing their love and support for Nukitashi at Anime Expo was beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you for appreciating what we’ve done so far and I hope you’re all just as excited as I am for the blu-ray!!
