Another weekend, another adventure! 🏃‍♀️🎉🌊 Celebrating Silvia’s birthday the best way we know how—making memories, laughing way too much, and squeezing every bit of fun out of the weekend. 💕🥳 I also checked off the Surf City 10-Miler 🏅🌊 and got to spend some much-needed quality time with some pretty amazing people. The body is a little injured, definitely sore, and asking me what the heck I’m doing 😂… but I can’t complain. Still moving, still smiling, and still showing up. 💪🏼✨ Cheers to good friends, birthday adventures, and another weekend well spent! 🥂💕 #WeekendWarrior #SurfCity10Miler #BirthdayWeekend #RunHappy #MakingMemories GoodFriendsGoodTimes MilesAndMemories KeepMoving

Healing doesn’t always begin with talking. Sometimes it begins with finally feeling safe enough to breathe. Beyond A Breath was created to help people reconnect with themselves through transformational breathwork, nervous system support, somatic healing, and integration coaching. Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, grief, self-doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to move through it alone. Ways to work with me (virtual and in-person): • Transformational Breathwork Journeys • Nervous System Reset Workshops • 1:1 Breathwork & Integration Sessions • Somatic & Inner Child Focused Healing • Community & Corporate Wellness Experiences • Private Group Sessions for schools, wellness studios, retreats, and community events If you’re curious where to begin, I offer complimentary Connection Calls, a space for us to connect, talk about your goals, and see what support feels aligned for you. Message me directly or book a Connection Call - link in bio. Your healing doesn’t have to look perfect. It just has to begin. #healing #breathwork #mentalhealth #selfhealing
