Baseball players: how you rotate matters. ⚾️

If your hips and shoulders rotate together as one unit, you’re missing an important part of rotational movement.

The goal is to develop hip–shoulder separation, allowing your hips to begin rotating before your shoulders follow.

Why does this matter?

💥 Better sequencing: learn to coordinate your body through the rotational movement.

⚡ Power production: develop the ability to transfer energy through your body and into the throw or swing.

🎯 Better movement efficiency: train your body to rotate with purpose instead of just spinning as fast as possible.

Don’t just rotate harder. Learn to rotate BETTER.

Save this and pay attention to your rotation in your next training session. 📌

Follow for more practical baseball performance training. ⚾️

The best training environments aren’t built around one athlete, they’re built around a group of athletes who push each other every single day.

This is what we’re building. 💪
