The laughter, the sea, the stillness between.

Puglia reminded us what it means to feel fully alive — through breath, movement, and community.

Grateful for every sunset, every conversation, every ripple of transformation captured so beautifully by @ascimecca 🌞

👀Next retreat details drop later this week. 🌊📿

Breathwork 🌬️

The breath is the healer within. 🫁

Our breath is our life force, our Prana- it’s incredibly powerful when we use it with purpose and intention. It helps us get underneath ruminating thoughts, gain clarity, connect to our intuition 🌀
It’s transformational, and the best part? It comes from within YOU. 💫
