Why does greyhound racing need to stop?

Track injuries: Over 38,000 injuries were recorded in licensed UK racing between 2017 and 2025.
Trackside deaths: Thousands of dogs have died or been euthanized trackside due to catastrophic injuries like broken legs and necks.
Oval track risks: Running at speeds up to 45 mph around tight bends puts extreme, unnatural asymmetrical force on the dogs' bodies, making collisions and severe falls.
Extreme confinement: Racing greyhounds spend an estimated 95% of their lives shut inside barren kennels with minimal social contact or play.
Constant muzzling: Studies show that a vast majority of greyhounds paired together in housing are kept constantly muzzled to prevent fighting, adding to their stress

Now these are just very few facts highlighting why it should go. If these shock you, stand up against it and let's get it banned worldwide. #fyp #bangreyhoundracing #outreach #protests #animalrights
