Girls Glutes Training with @ash_b_fit at @powerhousegymnyc 🍑💗
You’ll obviously see how Ashleigh trains carefully and thinks well for all reps, I do very wild with just my feeling🤣 I could easily tell her careful & precise personality when I trained tgt😌✨Anyway! Ashleigh’s menu has a lots of sets, if I train alone I might give up but made it with her cheering me up🎉 I am grateful for this wonderful meeting, hope to get another JFK flight soon🗽💕

The sweet person comes along to me🥹💕
I made this account to connect people who I met at the gym or will meet in competitions I’m going to join. So mainly I expected I’ll connect with people I meet in person. I forgot when it was, Ashleigh’s account @ash_b_fit came up on my feed, found out she also tries bikini for the first time this year! Maybe I felt her strong will, cheerfulness and warmth from her post. (and she’s nice looking which makes me feel want to see her journey😂) Started following her, Just watched her on my feed. One day when I posted NYC photos, she gave me very lovely comment as she’s living and from there🗽Since then I dm her sometimes and finally I got JFK flight!!!!! Finally finally we could meet🩷🩷🩷
Same as online, Ashleigh is very friendly, outgoing, has awesome strength😌 Honestly I am feeling down lately when I train alone, but training and chatting with her today makes me feel I should be blessed with people around me💗 She’s 11 days out for the first show, amazing looking now!! I am sure she’ll have a good one👑❤️‍🔥 Go my girl!!❤️‍🔥
Everything happens for a reason🕊️ I am living my dream

GROCERY HAAAUUUL 🛒💪 Bodybuilding edition by @ash_b_fit🖤🔥

Stacked the cart, hit the macros, and yes — she grabbed our Grain Truss to keep meal prep easy, convenient, and gains-approved all week long, because growing season doesn’t skip leg day.
