What a day up at the new @be.the.example_mn gym. The first BKFC seminar held by @stevenwiggans1 showcasing some great techniques that can be utilised in the ruleset. A bunch of up and coming talent out of both gyms along with some established fighters on the BKFC roster.

Great to learn from them today and get some rounds at the end. Cracking day lads.

Apologies if I’ve missed tags for anyone I can only tag 20

It was a great opportunity to get over @carlislevillaabc club today to support @cherylnutritionandfitnesscoach in her fundraising event.

Some fantastic stalls from local businesses showing some of their finest work.

Thank you to Cheryl for allowing me to come and get some more practice in behind the camera, and share this wonderful day.

Broke in the new shoes last night but I’m yet to test out the new sparring gloves by @pug_athletic_
I’m going to be at the seminar tomorrow so hopefully I’ll get some time in them then.

If you’re looking for new tools for sparring, fighting or gear for your gyms, go head over to @champs_fightstore if you’re local to them or if you’re not, get over to their website.

I’m hungry.

On the weekend I took a visit south and saw @jaxlgraphics at @champs_fightstore who helped me pick some great shoes to add to my fight kit with a perfect colour match. Surprisingly enough, wrestling shoes are very comfy for boxing. Thank you for the recommendation mate, you know your stuff.

If anyone is in the London or local area you’ll want to check out his store. Go check him out at @champs_fightstore and you’ll thank me later 🤙🏼

Getting heavier for less reps now. Numbers are exactly where they should be.
