Built different. Results don’t happen by accident — they’re earned through consistency, discipline, and hard work every single session. Proud of every client putting in the work and leveling up week after week. This is just the beginning. 🎥💪🏾 #HighlightReelFitness #TrainWithPurpose #ResultsInProgress #PersonalTrainer #FitnessJourney ClientWins

Booty Day!!!🍑
My absolute favorite day of the week :). My trainer @tayloralanisx killed me today as always. Make sure you move that body today, don’t have to go to the gym you can go for a walk, jog, do cardio outside etc.

hey y’all! very transparent moment lol

the ending of my month didn’t start as the beginning and that’s ok this last week has been a struggle in the gym. mother nature came and baby did she take over. i just wanna tell yall it’s not all easy being in the gym sometimes behind these pictures be struggle, irritation, undisciplined acts and frustration! but i’m still learning how to give myself grace especially when i feel like that scale isn’t reflecting how hard i feel i am working. i been in the same range all week due to my weight fluctuating and it’s been getting on my nerves ngl. but showing up is what matters. in those days of laziness or just feeling defeated you just gotta show up for yourself that’s going to teach discipline in all forms, whether it’s work, school, an inspiration etc. showing up for yourself is what matters! so move your body today. as i’m still learning, give yourself some grace, i ask you join too! “it is not a race it’s a journey!” some positivity on this beautiful thursday! k byee :))
