In Good Company ✨🫶🏼 Our YA Core Company wrapped up another amazing session ~ the Art of Transformation!

This group had a lot to celebrate this term- exciting auditions, bookings, callbacks, premiere’s, and individual milestones.

What interests me most though is the increased capacity to stay present under pressure. The ability to take bigger risks through somatic techniques & nervous system training.

The commitment to preparation. The growing trust to listen more deeply and respond more truthfully.

And the community of like minded artists & professionals, leaning on each other through life’s ebbs and flows.

Grateful for the room we built together and honored to be your Coach.

See you next term!

~Beatrice
