A tip for those who feel anxious at big events with lots of people.

Tip: I like to tell myself a kind affirmation about myself and amplify that affirmation with evidence of that affirmation being true. Providing evidence for yourself amplifies the strength of your affirmation by attaching a feeling to it. My affirmation during this event was “I am a joy to be around“. The evidence I provided myself with was people in the past telling me I am funny and bring so much life and joy into the space. Remembering these past moments as evidence brought me back to the feeling I felt when my community reflected those words to me, thus amplifying the strength of my affirmation during this big event.

let me know if you try this out in the comments below.

Shout out to @highitstarra @024creative @highhopes_events @growcast for hosting such an amazing educational event! Can’t wait to be apart of the next Community Cup.

TDBX is an opportunity to directly speak with the makers of your medicine and take advantage of a 2.5 hour flash sale where your cost is the cost typically paid by the stores.

THIS MEANS YOU AS A PATIENT HAVE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY CRAFT PRODUCTS AT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE COST.

This allows you to learn about medicine options then try the best quality products with a budget affordability.

Craft and low cost are not typically available together like this so come take advantage and thank these brands for supporting this community created event. Nature’s Kiss is the reason we are able to offer this direct access flash sale. Make sure you give them extra thank yous as they have donated all the time it takes to offer this event.

April 8th in OKC! See @sherweedforest bio for details
