Something I’ve always really valued is bringing people together who are in similar spaces. I truly believe there’s so much power in community, genuine connection & supporting one another 🤍

Loved getting a few of my favorite people in the beauty & wellness world together and of course, the talented photographers who help capture all the moments along the way.

A special shoutout to @sweatwithlaurenhefez for leading the most energizing workout, @haleyjoypage for the most fun and informative makeup tutorial, and @cinthyaperona.esthetician for bringing the ultimate wellness moment with on-the-spot lymphatic massages!

Lucky for me, I grew up learning what it means to have true “lifelong” friends because my mom has always had her Revere girls. In particular for over 60 years, she had her best friend, Tina.

I always said their friendship needed to be shared. From being fresh teenagers in Revere to caring grandmothers, they really went through it all together. With a tequila shot (instead of coffee) to keep them going.

Tina was the kind of strong woman who pulled others up and kept us all together. Her speaking voice has a special place in my heart that reminds me of childhood and warmth every time I recall it.

I’ll never forget her being the first face I saw in the crowd at my wedding ceremony and waving to each other with tears in our eyes.

I’m so grateful she was partners in crime with my mom for all these years, and although I know a lifetime with Tina is not nearly enough, we will miss her forever and will see her again one day.

To strong women, may we know them, may we be them and may we raise them.

Love you Tina ❤️

Wait for it...

I couldn't resist sneaking in the part of the showcase I'll always remember even if I want to forget!

Photographing the @minimoversstudio showcase was a dream I never knew I had. I blend of two things I love 🩰📷 and getting to watch so many friends and clients on stage made me a proud dance mom, even if my own ballerina didn't perform.

Bravo to all the dancers and a congratulations to the most kid, most patient dance teacher in the world, Ms Jackie 🩰 #janellecarmelaphotography

This active family of five plays hard in their basement play-space and art studio! We had fun editing and organizing the art studio (including a LOT of glitter…), and creating a toy and sports zone that’s ready for family play. Loved working with this fun Charlestown family!
