This past weekend I had the opportunity to support & celebrate my baby as he released his new film “Best Kept Secret” + star in “Tuesday” by THEE Asher Labostrie.

@benpwhite I am so inspired by you. I admire your passion, your tenacity, and the way you lock arms with your peers.. honored to have been a part in any way that I could to contribute to your vision. I am your #1 fan and BTS lady always.

What a weekend!! 🥲💙

Breathe Brutha was created from the belief that when we give ourselves permission to pause, we create space to come back into alignment with our minds, our bodies, our spirit, and one another. Even in the middle of life’s noise, we can learn how to return to ourselves.

What began as a space created for men is continuing to show us just how universal the need for presence, connection, and community really is.

And this is only the beginning…
