4th Global Summit for Mental Health Advocates & 2nd Youth Mental Health Summit 2026

And this year’s theme - The Next Generation’s Resilience: From Awareness to Action

4 plenary sessions, 30 breakout sessions, 24 countries represented, over 400 people present and stayed till the end of the day!

I had the pleasure of sitting in many sessions including Michelle Martin’s session. And to learn, words can wound and how our words have the power to heal too! Dr Ki’s shared the climate of youth mental health, as did Julie on the climate of Australia’s mental health work for youths. Nicole’s amazing work using the power of sharing our voice through writing and journaling.
And also to be able to share TTR’s framework of Clarify–Care–Check as our mental health approach for advocacy. (I think I shocked everyone with how I presented- as Dr Ki put it “Very Dramatic! Like Hollywood!”)

What a day it was with my team and partners, new friends and old! Thank you all for being on this journey of learning, advocating and working, all of you make the walk a little lighter and purpose clearer! (Tagging as many of you as I can!)

And not forgetting, Happy 20th Birthday Silver Ribbon!! Awesome work Porsche!!!

Day 1 at Christian Mental Health Conference 2025 🇸🇬🕊️

Sometimes, the biggest changes start with the smallest steps. And last week, those steps led to raising an incredible $250,000 for youth mental health :’))

@we.are.limitless – a non-profit supporting youths in need of mental health support – hosted their very first fundraising dinner, and it was a night to remember. Huge congratulations to the entire team for pulling off such an impactful event! Special mention to @asherlow for all the incredible work you’ve done ✨
