Gods work is at play here. This work i do is more than just making you feel good for the time you're on the table.

This work I do is life altering.

The magic you feel from my hands is nothing compared to the love you feel with my presence.

The transformation begins with the first message, not the first time we meet.

The security blanket falls when you no longer have to be on guard.

Our Sanctuary isnt just a place, we embed it into your own heart by giving you space to breath again.

Our Sanctuary isnt just somewhere you go to retreat, its in the way you make your coffee in the morning and the way the music starts to remind you of your serenity again.

Our Sanctuary isn't just the prompts to confirm your sessions, its the reminder to take care of and prioritize yourself- because you matter the most.

Our Sanctuary isnt just the place you get to see a welcoming person, its the reason you smile when you remember what genuinely being loved feels like.

Its those extra little things that most people miss in the moment that bring such a presence to the sessions

💝 Not just are you warm enough?

But are you comfortable...

Do you feel safe?
Do you have reservations about the session?
Do you want to know what to expect?

💝 Not just does this pressure feel good?

But here let me show you where ill be working and the variants of pressures used.

💝 Not just what hurts today?

But... how's your stress level?
How was work this week?
Hows home life?
How far are you driving this week?
Hows your water intake?
Did you eat good today?
Do you stretch often?
Do you allow your body to rest?

These are some of the things we discuss, the intake is serious, because your health matters. We dont just work with you for a paycheck.

We genuinely want to help you feel better.

And knowing about CPTSD (and PTSD) helps us understand the emotional well-being side of things too.

Step into the world of recovery and rejuvenation with our heated luxurious pillow top massage table.

It's perfect for allowing you to move around without feeling like you may fall off and its created with your comfort in mind.

There is nothing quite like feeling your body melt into the comfort of being in a safe space where you can close your eyes and focus on the rhythm of the massage, the music or just your own relief.
Never be shy to fall asleep, as we consider it the deepest form of trust you can gift us.

And we understand it comes with the security of presence and boundaries, we hold ourselves to a high standard to be both present and aware of your comfort at all times.

We look forward to seeing you soon ♡

I was so blessed yesterday! I had so much fun.

The fill your cup event was created for the women in the community, Who need a little pick me up and a gentle reminder that they matter.

I was pleasantly surprised with women showing up for me with gifts in tow.

First, I am so thankful for our Salon allowing me to host my events, in house and helping me set up and clean the space ♡

I had a woman drive all the way from OAKLAND, who showed up with beautiful handmade cookies that were absolutely delicious. ♡

I had another mother show up with handmade individual sized flan, with strawberry cheesecake frosting, another delectable treat ♡
**She will be selling these soon as well, you will want these for the holidays **

I didn't get a chance to take pictures of them, but they were perfect.

I then i was gifted me this beautiful elephant pen that I will cherish for as long as possible.

She didn't know it when she packed it. But elephants are one of my favorite creatures and my massage room actually has 4 elephants at the very Crown of the room, so I was so excited when I got it.

I am already using it, and I love it.

I want to recognize these ladies for showing up for us and this young girl in her early business adventures ♡

So keep it up.

Thank you for the gifts and I look forward to seeing you ladies again, October 17th. At 9am
