The FLOURISH Experience™️ | Barcelona

Last Thursday marked the beginning of something new, and very exciting.

Our founder, Chris Nelson, launched the first FLOURISH Experience at Villa Zen in Barcelona, bringing together 40 invited guests for an intimate evening of fresh perspectives, introspection and human connection.

At the heart of the evening were four simple words.

See. Feel. Believe. Live.

An invitation to see life differently.
To feel what becomes possible when we shift our awareness.
To believe that there is another way to live.
And an invitation to begin living this way.

Because ‘FLOURISH’ isn’t about doing more, achieving more or knowing more.

It’s about creating a life that truly supports who we are and the way that we want to live.

The FLOURISH Experience is where the conversation begins. The Ashiyana Journey™️ is where that exploration deepens.

One evening can open a new perspective. A deeper journey can help turn that perspective into lasting transformation.

And this is just the beginning.

The evening in Barcelona was our pilot, marking the start of something much bigger.

From February 2027, The FLOURISH Experience will become a monthly gathering in Barcelona, with plans to roll out across Europe and then around the world.

Our intention is simple: to inspire people globally to see, feel, believe and live different, and discover what it truly means to FLOURISH.

Curious to experience it for yourself? DM us for details of our upcoming gatherings.

With love,
The Ashiyana Family 🤍

Thrive Thursday | Celebrating Menopause Month

Every woman's experience of menopause is different. From perimenopause through to postmenopause, understanding, support and connection can make all the difference.

At Ashiyana, women are at the heart of what we do. They make up the majority of our team, bringing their knowledge, warmth and experience to our retreats and community.

This Menopause Month, we're celebrating the women who make that possible.

In Spain, Lauren & Charlotte lead Thrive in Transition, bringing women together through yoga, strength training, breathwork, shared experiences and meaningful conversations.

The wonderful women who joined us last May are a beautiful reminder of the connection, laughter and friendships that grow when women come together. 🤍

In Brazil, Kári offers a different, holistic approach through Hormonal Yoga Retreat for Women, exploring how Hormonal Yoga and Ayurveda can support women's wellbeing.

Two retreats. Two beautiful settings. One shared commitment to women's wellbeing.

Join us in 2027

Wrapping up the training in style ✨

In October, we held the therapist training in the Kusum Modak Method – Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapy with @ju_manvi at @ashiyanabrasil

The video was a gift from our friend @filippocauac

May this work touch not only the body, but the whole life of those who offer care and those who receive it.

For me, it is a great honor to be a guardian of this knowledge and to share it with the truth of my heart. More is coming next year. Check the link in bio to learn more.

Restore & Reconnect | Thrive Thursday with Charlotte

During perimenopause and menopause, looking after our bones, muscles and joints becomes more important than ever.

As oestrogen levels decline, bone density can decrease, making it especially important to stay active, build strength and maintain balance.

In today’s video, Charlotte shares a few simple exercises for your feet and ankles that take just 5 minutes in total to complete on both sides

A small investment of time that can make a meaningful difference to how we move, feel and care for our bodies.

Perimenopause and menopause are times to give ourselves a little extra care, not less. 🤍

A beautiful memory from the **3rd edition of ZoukLibrium, in 2024**. 🤍

In this video, Felipe Cavalcanti shares the three reasons why he fell in love with **Yôga Antigo** — a practice that goes far beyond the physical postures, guiding the practitioner towards deeper awareness, self-knowledge and, ultimately, meditation.

What makes this experience even more special is that we got to practice it together, surrounded by nature and by the ZoukLibrium community.

This is one of the experiences waiting for you at our **4th edition**.

Come join us in Chapada dos Veadeiros for a New Year’s journey that goes far beyond dance — a space to move, explore, connect and come back to yourself.

We would love to have you with us for ZoukLibrium 2026/27. 🤍
