Surf’s Up Castillo. 🏄🏻‍♀️🌊 Feeling refreshed after catching a wave over the weekend with @sadgirlsclub for their Beach & Surf Day. I originally learned how to surf in Tobago in 2024, and this marked my first time surfing in the Rockaways. 🤗 Such a beautiful day to unwind in the sun, hanging with @lifewithjrdn , @ashkidash and @mehikaseph. Here are a few snaps from the day. I see many more waves in my future. 📸: @hartbreak

Every fly girl we knew had an anklet growing up. ✨

Anklets have carried style, identity and meaning across cultures for generations. So when we pulled up in Brooklyn, home to some of our favorite creatives it only made sense to curate an anklet charm-making station for the girls!

Art girls sat under the trees in fort Greene park, digging through letters, gummy bears, and all types of charms. We were heads down, hands busy, and hearts full. The laughter, R&B on the speakers, and conversation flowing made it feel like it was our little world for a moment.

Our hope was to give creatives a reason to slow down, focus and play because we recognize rest, joy and play as part of the creative process, not the reward for hard work. Each girl left with an anklet that reflects them and holds a little piece of a perfect summer day together. ☀️🌳

Brooklyn, thank you for welcoming Art Girl Walk Club! @yeshidesigns, thank you for sharing your community with us and helping bring this day to life. Huge thanks to @sarahxxdanielle for holding down the anklet station all day! 🔗🧿🔗⭐️🔗💖🔗
