Gratitude check, right here, right now 🙏🏻☺️ and a little photo dump of where it all began and where we are now!

This week, the love from our Top Tier members and staff has filled my cup in ways words can barely hold. Through kind messages, new faces brought through our doors, and the constant support that reminds me why I do this.

Top Tier isn’t just a gym. It’s purpose. It’s growth. It’s strength (mental and physical).

Through every high, every hard moment, every tear, worry and WIN, I know expanding Top Tier Coaching was the right move.

Watching women (and men) step into their power in a place God gave to me is overwhelmingly gratifying.

I’m also incredibly grateful for what I consider my extended Top Tier family, Superfresh Growers. They invite me into their facility to coach and move with them through fitness.

Being trusted to support their team, week after week means more to me than they know.

Top Tier cycle room brings the vibes 🎉
Our gym builds the strength 💪
Our people bring the love 💝

So today, I took advice from one of our very own @bree_terrill3 and am celebrating my WINS🥂

Cheers to Top Tier, our extended family @superfreshgrowers and all that this year will bring.

Best year yet! Let’s go. ✨
