POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some moments of reflection tonight…white flowers and my gifted handkerchief from our daughter Jessica (mother of the groom)…the last remnants of the most joyous wedding this past weekend of #1 grandson Jackson and his bride Ashley. What a privilege to be part, to witness the sacrifice & extravagant love of those who love this couple so well, and to celebrate what God has put together! So tonight I am just grateful as I share these remnants…and full of anticipation to see what God has in store for these two.

The first picture is the day I met him. The second is a glimpse of the beautiful life he’s about to build with Ashley, the answer to our prayers.

Ah so this what Baloo meant when said “Bare Necessities.”

First time at the MN fair, first time at the Ren Faire, first time seeing my best friend become a mom, first time seeing Erin walk down the aisle, first time taking a college course, first time seeing a movie in 4dx, first time singing Karaoke at the Tavern.

I’m so thankful for all of it 🤎 #septemberdump

My favorite party we’ve planned yet 🤍⛳️!

What a day celebrating Jackson & Ashley! Every little golf-themed detail was about these two, and watching them surrounded by our family, friends and church family, all loving and celebrating them together, was the absolute best.

I’ve prayed for this season..for the man of God Jackson would become, for the woman he would marry, and for the life they would build together.

And I’ve prayed for our family, too. Prayed for. Warred for. Forgave for. Asked forgiveness for. Healed for. Asked God for mercy for. Believed for.

Families don’t always look the way we once imagined they would, but today I looked around at all of us together celebrating these two and thought… these are the days I prayed for🥹.

My favorite round yet⛳️🤍!

Next stop... the wedding❤️💍!

Fine Arts ‘26 (a week late)

What an incredible year this was…
First off, I want to shoutout Ashley
This entire FA season, she’s been doing so much to prepare for our wedding AND most days she went straight from work to practice… still, no matter how tired she may have been, she showed up and came up with a super amazing idea for our large, small, and both of her solos. Getting to coach alongside her in everything this year was something I really treasured (even though there were days she definitely wanted to fight me)…so thanks for putting up with me, and I can’t wait to keep doing this with you🫂

To all of the kids I got to coach this year—
Y’all are incredible… thank you guys for being so resilient and putting up with all of our big last second changes AND learning a whole new video for nationals(large & small)🫡… yall are an unbelievably talented and anointed group of kids! I cant wait to watch yall continue to grow in your gifts and your relationships with God!!!

Dont even have the words to describe how big of a blessing it is to be a part of this family🥲

Thank God we’re going back to Orlando… St. Louis can kick rocks✌️

Fine Arts 2026

Another National Fine Arts week in the books.

The tired feet. The long days. The endless food deliveries. The countless practices. The behind-the-scenes moments no one sees.

And every year, it’s worth it.

As I watched students lead throughout the week, I couldn’t help but think back to a season when my boys were very little and I had no idea how God was going to work it all together for good. Looking at where we are today leaves me overwhelmed by His faithfulness.

I’ve watched my boys grow up in this church. I’ve watched them discover the gifts God placed inside them, build lifelong friendships, and grow into young men who love Jesus. Watching Bradley and the Foretold Large Human Video team earn Merit was such a proud moment. Seeing Jackson & Ashley and Noah & Joy as coaches, giving back to a ministry that helped shape them was a gift to witness.

One of the moments that will stay with me was worshiping at church together as we sang The Story I’ll Tell. The words, “My God did not fail,” settled deep in my heart. Then, watching Bradley and the Foretold team share their performance on that same stage, I couldn’t help but smile through tears of gratitude.

Because He didn’t.

One of my favorite parts of being part of the Trinity family is that somewhere along the way, “their kids” become “our kids.” We celebrate each other’s victories, pray through each other’s heartbreaks, and cheer each other on as we watch the next generation discover God’s calling on their lives.

No church family is perfect, but I am so grateful this one is ours. It has been one of God’s sweetest gifts to watch Him faithfully raise up the next generation right before our eyes.

God is so good❤️

I love you @trinitychurch_yth 🫶🏼
