#MEETEXECMONDAY with our very own Vice President of Recruitment, Molly McGannon 🩵🪽

“Hey everyone :) My name is Molly McGannon and I serve as Pi Phi’s Vice President of Recruitment! I am from Haddonfield, New Jersey and I am studying business administration with a finance concentration.

As vice president of recruitment I oversee all aspects of formal and informal recruitment! I love helping lead this chapter and preparing them to formally recruit & I cannot wait for recruitment to start!!

This position has taught me the importance of working within a team and the skills that are required when leading a large group of people. I have learned so much about myself as a leader throughout this journey, and it has taught me so many lessons that I can take with me in my future!

Pi Phi truly has brought me the best memories, friends and experiences for the past three years. As an out of state student, I wanted to go through recruitment to try and find a community of friends and a home away from home, and this chapter has brought me all of that and more! The women I surround myself with in this chapter are so incredibly kind, smart, uplifting and motivating, and I could not have asked for a better people to call my sisters!

PPLAM,
Molly”

We love you Molly!!
