This week wrapped up two closings that could not have looked more different, and I loved that.🫶

In Kalispell, a buyer got a full move in ready home, 3 beds, 2 baths, a yard already grown in and ready for summer evenings.🏡

Out toward Missoula, another buyer closed on 40 acres of raw Montana land on Dry Gulch Road, room to build, hunt, or just disappear into for a weekend.🌳 🌲

Two totally different dreams, two totally different corners of Western Montana, both equally exciting to be part of. Grateful for the trust both of these clients put in me this week.✨️

Today marks the first day of fall, and it also felt like a good day to answer the question I get asked the most: what actually happens between an accepted offer and closing day❓️
