I remember coming up with this sandwich probably 2-3 years ago with a former employee & now friend, Valentina @valentinad717 who is a Montclair native. We named it something different but I feel like with rebranding the shop we needed to give her due credit. So next time you order this sandwich you have to thank Valentina for her knowledge and love of food and travel. She is always missed but now I get to think of her every time this sando is ordered!

Pouring it up to @lpdrinksdc 6 year business anniversary 🍾 what better way to celebrate than with a women’s empowerment dinner. 5 years of marriage. i proposed without a ring outside of rocka rolla. we got married at city hall. we celebrated our way through lower manhattan. the next day we partied some more with our friends from all over at matchless (rip). its been 5 years of nights I don’t remember, nights I don’t want to forget (but are probably a little blurry), bad days, sad days, tough weeks, rough months, way too much time at hospitals, adventure after adventure (that month we lived in Madrid etc..), two beautiful daughters, going through the hardest thing parents could ever go through, and more than anything a whole lot of unconditional love that i promise will never waver. thank you for choosing to love me & believe in me everyday. im the luckiest person in the world for that. to the best mother, partner, wife, best friend…happy anniversary beautiful. i love you.
