This year. 2026. This is the year of YES. I have made changes in life and career….and it is all about happiness. Only amazing and good people get to be a part of my life. Laughter and positivity is the only objective.

I advise you to do the same.

Las Vegas in the events industry… you either love it or hate it. 🎰

Early call times. Endless load-ins. Neon lights. Networking until 2am.

But somehow… we always come back.
We’re especially grateful to have had Ashley C. Erickson, MBA — Head of Global Events at Starbucks @ashleycolean on the podcast to talk about the reality behind the shows, the strategy behind great events, and what keeps event professionals coming back to Vegas year after year.

Ashley brought incredible insight and experience to the conversation, and we’re thankful she took the time to share her perspective with our audience.

If you work in events, you know exactly what we mean.

Intention Setting for Clarity in the New Year

The new year doesn’t need more pressure.

It needs presence.

Join us Sunday Jan 25th at 5pm for a 90 min guided workshop in Newport Beach.

This workshop is for anyone who feels called to begin the year with clarity instead of chaos,
with intuition instead of obligation,
with embodiment instead of overwhelm.

We’ll move beyond just vision boards and surface-level resolutions and into a gentle but clear, body-led approach to intention setting. You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed worksheet that helps you get clear on five core aspects of your life:

• Love — including self-love, relationships, boundaries, and connection
• Work — how you want to show up, contribute, and feel fulfilled

• Creativity — expression, inspiration, play, and creative flow

• Money — abundance, ease, worthiness, and energetic relationship with finances

• Home — your physical space, sense of safety, comfort, and belonging

Through guided reflection, subtle somatic practices, and intentional pauses, you’ll be invited to listen to what your nervous system, heart, and body are truly asking for in the year ahead.

This is not about doing more.

It’s about aligning with what actually matters.
