Some stills at peak scream from our music video "GHOSTS". Kudos to @_jasonsc @hiim_kyle and @lewypee for assembling this shoot in a pinch. To our friends, whom let loose in front of the camera; thank you for bearing all and losing your minds for us, we hope it felt the way it looks.

Honeys Fam, go check out the video on #honeyrunners YouTube channel. To our friends who emailed us their virtual screams during peak pandemic, it's a'brewing. 👻

New Music Video for “GHOSTS” is out. 🔗 link to full vid in bio.

We invited friends from some of the hardest hit industries of this pandemic to speak their mind, and scream full-tilt into the camera. It was the perfect energy to match this song, one that tackles depression, fear, anxiety, and insomnia - all the fun stuff.

We have a lot to unpack from this moment in time. Let’s be honest, there was a lot to unpack before, and it got ever more complicated in 2020.

Be gentle with each other - you have no idea of the circumstances most are living through. We all deserve compassion and kindness, and patience while we heal.

Thank you to our friends for this beautiful video, it was important to us to preserve this moment in time, and you did it with grace and #yawps (primal screams).

We’ve all been through a lot. We’re all still dealing with a lot. Be gentle with each other. What happens next is up to us.

TAKEOVER DAY 3 ••• We took a family trip back to Rotorua to check out the California Redwoods that were planted in 1901!🌳 They're not as big as the ones in California, but still impressive. We also snuck in some quick walks to check out some of the geothermal pools and hot mud. Did you know that some of the geothermal pools can be used for cooking?

TAKEOVER DAY 2 ••• Our family got into the rugby spirit! We watched the World Rugby Sevens Series and proudly wore our All Blacks gear around town.🖤 We also cheered on team Canada and Ireland during Saturday's matches. If you're planning a trip to New Zealand, make sure you have a rugby match on your agenda!

TAKEOVER DAY 1 ••• Hello, I'm Dr. Jennifer Ashley O'Driscoll! I'll be taking over this week to share ideas for adventures in New Zealand.
This was our first few days exploring the Waikato area after we landed. Raglan beach has the rugged black sands of the North Island's west coast. The kids loved playing in the sand and watching all the surfers in the water.🌊 Tell me in the comments what interests you about New Zealand.

Before me, there have been 5 female physicians that have held the position of President of the Foothills Medical Centre Staff Association....since 1966!!!!! That’s one female per decade! When I looked at this wall (which I walk by everyday), it actually didn’t surprise me that there were so few women. #internationalwomensday is coming up this week. Yes, things are better than they used to be, but until people stop assuming that females in healthcare are nurses, we have work to do. Thank you to the women that have come before me, in medicine and outside of medicine. Thank you to the women that stand by me, in and outside of medicine. Thank you to the women. Period.
