This year carried many firsts for me. I did 75 hardish (I know you miss my vlogs 😉), went on a YouTube show, traveled out of the country, got to go to Palm Springs for Coachella, focused on wellness (swipe to see my first cold plunge experience 🥶), fell in love, celebrated others in love, spoke at events and on podcasts, and (the biggest first) I committed to myself in 2024.

For the first time, I truly didn’t value the perceptions or opinions of anyone else above my own. I felt fully me. I showed up as who I wanted to be (almost) everyday. I chose things that might seem “lame” to others like staying in instead of going out on nights like tonight…which I am, in fact, staying in. Posting (or not posting) on social media when I felt like and without fear of judgement. I let go of old patterns that kept me stuck in mindsets, habits, relationships, and what have you to make more space for the things that align with who I actually am and what I truly want. The best part is…it worked!!

I’m so grateful to live such a beautiful, rich life with such amazing people in it. My years just keep getting better and better, so I’m looking forward to what 2025 has to offer!! Okay sappy post over 💘💘
