It took me a while to come to terms with saying “see you later” to NYC.

I once mentioned it wasn’t the easiest place for me to live, but this city has given me so much. I gave it a chance, and in return, it gave me some of the greatest moments of my life.

Luckily, I didn’t favorite most of those moments in my photos, which made this post a little easier to make. More importantly, it was the people I met along the way who made it feel like home.

It’s official: The HBPAL Lady Chargers are bringing home the hardware! 🏆📣
We headed to West Palm Beach this past Saturday for the All-Star Cheerleading Championships, and our young ladies made a statement. We secured two First Place finishes:
🥇 10u Golden Elite
🥇 14 Elite Dollz
Here’s the thing—wins like this don’t happen by accident. This journey started back in May of 2025. What you saw on the mats this weekend was the result of months of dedication, spirit, and grit.
We need to give credit where it’s due. A massive thank you to our Cheer Commissioner Natasha Fletcher for her leadership. To our dedicated coaches, Jr. cheerleader coaches, HBPAL Staff, and the parents who support us every step of the way—thank you.
And most importantly, congratulations to our athletes. You put in the work, and it paid off.
