Greetings from Denver. I got the opportunity to travel to Red Rocks with some of my favorite people to see an awesome band. Red Rocks has been a bucket-list concert venue for years. Thanks for the memories, Ashley!

One year ago today, I closed a chapter after my double mastectomy and stepped into a life that would never look quite the same, but somehow became even more meaningful.

This last year has taught me so much.
To slow down.
To listen to my body.
To let go of what doesn’t matter.
To lean on the people who show up.
To find strength I didn’t know I had.

It’s been a year of healing, physically, emotionally, and mentally. A year of hard days, but also so much gratitude. A year of learning that life is both fragile and incredibly beautiful at the same time.

Grateful to be here. Grateful to be healing.
And most of all, grateful to say I am one year cancer free 🤍

Here’s how to turn 44!! Spent my birthday on an all new adventure. I think this is a favorite adventure, that will need to be revisited. My amazing friends completely spoiled me!
