💛 Shoutout to Ashley Hopkins 💛

We are incredibly grateful for Ashley’s dedication to Baby & Me and for stepping into her new role as our Community Builder Chair!

Ashley goes above and beyond to support our mission, including her generous monthly contributions toward our storage unit, helping us keep the resources and supplies we provide to moms organised and accessible.

Thank you, Ashley, for believing in our mission, investing in our community, and helping us continue to ease the load for moms and families. 💛🤝✨

Today was a GOOD day at Zen!

A huge thank you to @darrenreyeshair and @hanzonation for spending the day with us for an educational haircutting class. We learned so much—not only about the shears and different cutting techniques, but about Darren, Hanzo, and the craftsmanship behind the tools we use every day.

Our model came in with long, beautiful hair and was ready to let us do whatever we wanted. We decided to keep that length today, clean up his ends, add some texture, and let “Thicky Nikki” do her thing. 😂 If you were there, you know!

What I loved most was the energy in the room. Everyone asked questions, participated, connected, and walked away with something they can take back behind the chair.

It was also great meeting and networking with stylists and barbers I hadn't had the opportunity to meet before. This is exactly why continuing education and creating space for our industry to connect is so important.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and spent the day learning with us. We definitely look forward to welcoming Hanzo back to Zen in the future.

🖤💛 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: ASHLEY HOPKINS 🖤💛

I just have to give some love to Ashley Hopkins today.

Ashley is a busy business owner, a mom, and wears a lot of hats. Like so many of us, life is full. But instead of putting herself on the back burner, she’s continued to show up for herself.

What I’m most proud of is watching her step outside of her comfort zone. Ashley loves her yoga, and we love that for her too, but lately she’s been challenging herself with strength training, lifting weights, and adding in cardio. Trying new things can be scary, but that’s where growth happens.

She’s also been focusing on her nutrition and putting all the pieces together. No quick fixes, no perfection, just small choices adding up to big changes.

I think so many people can relate to Ashley. Being a business owner, a mom, and trying to take care of everyone else often means we forget about ourselves. Ashley is proving that you can do all the things and still make yourself a priority.

Ashley, we are so proud of you. Thank you for trusting the process, being willing to try something different, and showing others that transformation is possible at any stage of life. You are inspiring more people than you know. 🖤💛

Show Ashley some love in the comments! 🖤💛
