🩷wellness in the workplace🩷

Perfect Friday evening with the gorge Papillon Rose girlies 🥰

@ashleyshaiir arranged to bring the girls into the studio for a Movement + Mindset session with myself and @truformbykate 🤸‍♀️🧠

Something that came to mind was that all of these ladies spend their days making other people feel their best 🤩 and so I wanted to remind them that they deserve the same treatment 🫶🏼

Every time I hold a session I learn so much from the people in the room. Some of these girls are school leavers just starting out in their careers and wow!!!!!! Their input was amazing! We had open + honest conversations and shared tips on how to unlock the tools to become your best self ✨✨✨✨

Thank you for asking me to host 🥰 and to @reformyupilates 💚 everyone loves the studio!

What a way to start the weekend 🚀

I reached out to my amazing friend Eve and she created the perfect evening of wellness and movement for me and the girls at Papillon Rose ✨

Thanks to @truformbykate for her gorgeous mat Pilates class, you always create the best full body flow and bring a calm and inviting atmosphere ✨

And to my Evie @believewellnessclub I am so proud to join you at your events and watch you share your light and good energy with everyone you meet. There is no one on earth quite like you!! Thank you for creating a safe space for my girls to open up and be vulnerable but leave feeling the biggest positive shift 💫

The best studio obvs @reformyupilates 💚

A morning in my fave salon with the best girls ♥️

Laughs, chats, starbs & a colour refresh (it’s giving 90s Jen Aniston vibes ✨)

I can’t recommend surrounding yourself with the right people enough. High vibes only. I had about 7 opportunities land on me today some in my inbox and also within the salon 👀

I promise you will attract the right things when you are in the right place 💕💕💕

And I felt business meeting ready when I left which was a good job because that’s where I was going 😍😍😍😍

Also keeping it real had a slight ordeal after that as I forgot to fuel my car and broke down on a winding country lane 🫣 (thankfully my friend drove past and saved my soul!!!!!! Ryan !!!! You legend!) and to Claire for not abandoning me on the old country lane 🤣 goodness will return to you both!! But I’m going with the burnt toast theory!! It was meant to be (read up on it)

Anyway back to the purpose of the post THANK YOU to my best friend and hair stylist I LOVE my hair and love you xxxx you make everyone who walks through the door feel a million dollars 🤩🫶🏼❣️ and a person who feels a million dollars is more likely to succeed in all areas 😉 ✨✨✨✨✨✨

My gorgeous bride Danielle was married at 10am, then got a flight at 4pm. A first for me! 🤣✈️

Proof that no matter how short the timeline, we can still create magic 🥰✨ What a whirlwind of a morning, & an absolute pleasure to be part of 🤍
