Alright, we’ve got a question for yall! If you had to choose 1 field day game, which would be your favorite?

Drop in the comments your favorite game and tag your ideal teammates. As you can see in the clips, they all got pretty wild and competitive.

I’ll drop my favorite in the comments after the poll ends.

Let me know, is it:

Tug of war?

Cup Game?

Sack Race?

Or another favorite?

[Throwback Thursday] These frames—captured by my sister—hold former interns, residents, former office managers, trusted colleagues, family, sorority sisters, and the publicist I consult with. People who once shared space, supervision hours, growing pains, and big visions with me.

What you’re seeing is 8 years of development (out of 10—one applies to be an approved clinical supervisor after two years of independent licensure). Watching who they’ve become, what they’re building, and how they’re leading now…truly a sight to behold.

Legacy isn’t only what you make. It’s who you help rise. Crew love. Always.

Who helped shape you early in your career—and what did they teach you that you still carry today?

I’m proud to officially present “People Like Me” 📖✨

This book is for every little girl who sees herself differently and it celebrates those differences. Created to uplift, affirm, and celebrate little Black and Brown girls, this story reminds them they are seen, valued, and powerful—exactly as they are.

Fitnik Kickball Tournament was a whole vibe! 🏃🏾‍♀️💥

We had 3 teams: Frost Bite (white), Red Alert (red), and Goomsbay (black).

I was on Team Frost Bite🥶🧊 and we took home the win of course! 🏆Every team im on wins💁🏾‍♀️

This was a fundraiser for next year’s Adult Field Day, and if you’ve ever been to a Fitnik event, you already know the energy is unmatched 🙌🏾 it's a good time and a fun way to get active.

Loved seeing Red Alert + Goomsbay bring the energy too 🔥

Can’t wait to see Fitnik expand to new cities, states + even cruise ships 👀 Maybe even countries..who knows!!

Grab your friends, move your bodies, and get some fresh air!

Hey hey! I’m excited to share this new IG LIVE CONVERSATION SERIES “UNSEEN YET SEEN” that @calledtotheones will be hosting🤎

I will be having conversation with faithful stewards on how they have navigated their journeys with trusting God with the outcome of anything He’s given or called them to do.

We will touch on the measure for impact God has given us verses the world and how to not succumb to it.

We will talk about how we can navigate placing our identity in the right things rather than the work or outcome.

And importantly how to steward and be faithful over NOW vs what’s NEXT. And so much more!

The reality is we may feel unseen in a lot of ways but the very fact that God sees us is all that matters to keep being faithful!

Tune in to these monthly conversations starting next THURSDAY NOVEMBER 21st!

Our first guest will be shared this Thursday! 🤎
