I got to officiate 37 weddings in 2026. Here they are in 90 seconds 👀💃💞

It was my 5th & busiest season yet and had SO much fun (as you can tell 🤓)

I am so full of gratitude for all the couples who chose me to help facilitate one of the most important days of their lives. I have a lot of deep appreciation for you all 🫶🏼🙏🏼

To the countless vendors who helped bring all the magic! There’s truly too many to mention. You know who you are and I can’t wait to see you next year!! From the bottom of my heart — Thank you 🙏🏼

Now booking 2027/2028! 💞💍💃

ASHLEY’S 15 LB TRANSFORMATION

15 lbs down in just over 3 months — and so much confidence gained along the way. 🤍

Ashley came into this wanting to crush her goals and feel her absolute best heading into her wedding, and she DID just that. 👏🏼

But what makes this transformation even more special is that she didn’t put her life on hold to make it happen.

She enjoyed her bachelorette party, celebrated life events, went out, and still lived her life — while learning how to stay consistent through it all.

She made herself a priority. She put herself first and created the space to make her goals attainable.

The results came from the basics, done consistently:

🏋🏼‍♀️ Showing up for workouts
🥗 Staying consistent with macros
🚶🏼‍♀️ Keeping up with daily habits
🎯 Prioritizing herself
✨ Getting back on track when life happened

It wasn’t about perfection. It was about consistency, commitment, and making her goals fit into her life — not putting her life on hold for her goals.

So incredibly proud of you, Ashley. Watching you become stronger, more confident, and crush these goals has been SO rewarding. 🤍
Ready to make yourself a priority and finally make your goals attainable? DM me “GOALS” and let’s chat about how I can help you get there.

You do not need to want a career in teaching to take a yoga teacher training. Some come to teach. Some come to understand. Coming for yourself, has always been reason enough. ♥️

𝘽𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚: Vernon, we're holding you close ♥️

To everyone displaced this week, everyone waiting on news, everyone opening their homes and hearts to neighbours… We see you.

This community is what it is because of you.❤️‍🩹

I thought hard about whether to share the August schedule today, and then I remembered why Grace & Flow exists in the first place: because in hard seasons, we need somewhere to land.

Somewhere to stand on solid ground with other humans and remember we're not carrying it alone.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣: 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩.🌿

Because you can move your body AND delight in being alive, even in a hard week. Maybe especially then.

Yoga first. Wine after. This is wellness uncomplicated… Local Okanagan wine very much included.

And if you're planning an Okanagan escape later this summer, know that our valley is resilient, our platform is waiting, and she is never more beautiful than in the August light.🧡🌿🌅

As always, we're watching air quality closely and we'll email you directly with any class changes. Your safety comes first every single time.

See you on the platform 🫶🏼

The women who lead…

The women who build businesses.
The women who raise families.
The women who hold space for others.
The women who carry so much, often without anyone seeing it.

Even the strongest among us need a place to exhale.

A place to be held instead of always holding.
A place to be inspired instead of always inspiring.
A place to refill the cup before pouring into the lives of everyone else.

This is what I experienced at the AUREA Goddess Festival.

Women coming together to share their stories, wisdom, laughter, tears, and gifts. Supporting one another, reminding each other who we are, and restoring the energy that allows us to return home with even more love to give.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who made this weekend unforgettable.

If your heart longs for community, connection, and remembering, follow @aureagoddessfestival so you don’t miss the next gathering.

Perhaps next time, we’ll be welcoming you into the circle. 🤍
