150 people. Different backgrounds. Different beliefs. Different reasons for being there.

And yet in a few hours something shifted. They learned to relate. They healed together instead of carrying it alone. They built connections that actually matter.

Because that’s what happens when healing becomes about the collective and not just the individual. When we create spaces where different becomes beautiful. Where vulnerability becomes strength. Where strangers become your people.

The future of humanity is in human connection. In spaces like this. In people willing to show up real and change the way they relate.

@soul.revolution.festival delivers once again 🔥

This was my first festival for a few years without my children. Sometimes I find it hard to let go of the parenting role and really embrace flying solo (I miss them!) - and it was really good medicine for me.

So much fun, connection and deepening of new and old friendships!

I got to offer a talk and we had 140 people attend our @humanwork.life workshop. Also really enjoyed attending a men’s workshop by @godswoolf from @mandemmeetup and getting some brotherhood medicine, forgot how much boxing with brothers and sharing some music lights me up!

Thank you to @alexdudgon @faiths.vision and all the hands that created this space. Truly one of my favourite events of the year 🔥✨

Something this work has truly shown me is that real intimate connections become possible when we no longer feel the need to protect ourselves.

When that armor softens, the masks we carry don’t have to be forced away. They begin to dissolve on their own, in the presence of someone who can genuinely see us. Without judgment. Without rushing. Without an agenda.

There is a quiet shift that happens in those moments. A sense of being met exactly as you are, without needing to adjust, perform, or hold anything together.

That is what Somatic Alignment has given me. The hope that being truly seen by another human is possible.

march recap 💋 so much transition, so much movement ; moving from Portugal to Hamburg with my beloved. somatic work was front & center with clients yet also with my self practice. community (finally, again). projects taking shape. lucid walks in nature. sacredness found in every corner of my designed life. grateful for it all.
