Y’all know I’m terrible at posting, but have to PUSH—because that’s exactly what our team did today! 💪🏽
As some of you know, I’m a cheer mom and coach at Wicked Elite, but this season I’m also an athlete. What makes it even more special is getting to do this alongside my best friend, my cheer coworkers, and even some of my own athletes. 🥹❤️
Sinners has faced some obstacles this season, but we’ve kept persevering, and I’m so proud of how far we’ve come—together. Today’s performance was AMAZING, and we’re coming home 1st place winners and Level 6 GRAND CHAMPIONS! 🥇🏆
So proud of our growth since the last performance and how much closer we’ve become as a team. GOLD RUSH— Here we come! 🤩❤️‍🔥
Thank You @xtremespiritchampionships and Dance for having us today!

Let’s focus on barrier care in 2026!

What is your skin barrier? 🤍

Your skin barrier is the outermost layer of your skin. Think of it like a protective shield that keeps the good stuff in and the bad stuff out.

What does it do?

✔️ Locks in moisture
✔️ Protects against bacteria, pollution & irritants
✔️ Prevents sensitivity, redness & breakouts
✔️ Keeps your skin smooth, calm & healthy

When your barrier is strong → your skin behaves
When it’s damaged → your skin reacts

What happens when it’s compromised?

🚨 Dryness & flaking
🚨 Redness or burning
🚨 Breakouts that won’t clear
🚨 Products suddenly “sting”
🚨 Makeup doesn’t sit right

(Usually caused by over-exfoliating, harsh products, too many actives, or skipping moisturizer.)

How do we protect it?

💧 Gentle cleansing
💧 Consistent moisturizing
💧 Fewer harsh actives
💧 Professional treatments tailored to your skin
