🔥MEET THE WMBA FINALS TEAM🔥
With 15 bands & a jam packed schedule a brutal team is a must to ensure things run smoothly!

🎤MC- @zulianjoubert we couldn’t have asked for any better to master the ceremonies for the day making sure we all stay amped, safe & on schedule!
As the vocalist of heavyweights @grift.hxc her stage presence is unmatched & this powerhouse of a human will get you moving & having an absolute jol!

🔈Sound- @ashmans101 has been engineering for close to 10 years & is no stranger to the pandemonium of the WMBA, bet the bands are going to be sounding better than you’ve ever heard them before, brace yourself for absolute carnage!

📷/📹Content- @thorns_of_sludge one of the founders of @sludgeunderground & our main content creator for the whole battle & has been shooting shows all across the country giving you the insight into how beautiful this scene is & a massively valued member of the team!

🎬Stage Managers- @j.duplessis & @robynnorris_ will be running around & ensuring bands get to where they need to go, the ship runs smoothly & everyone has a JOL! Without their muscles & logistics we would be lost!

💰Merch- @msmonikakowalczyk @e.mmature @livileighrt are our merchants, they have one of the hardest jobs of the day making sure you all get your favorite bands goods in your possession! pop them a visit & support your favorite acts!!

🐙Sognage- Niell & @rhepuls Owners of our beloved @sognage give us all the space to be our true selves & providing us with the best stage, lighting & sound on the continent, without them this day would not be as insane as it is going to be!

🌍WMBA Promoters- @sashquita & @lanakepana as the heads of the WMBA they have been facilitating 13 shows across Africa & now comes the finals of the 2026 African Battle.
The amount of work that has gone into this day is immense & these 2 made sure every single band, fan & crew member is taken care of, if you see them running around, give them a high 5!

Be sure to get there early to be sure to see every single band because the talent on this continent is something to behold.
See you in the pits!
PARTY ON!
RAIN OR SHINE!
