Don’t forget your why 💜

When you’re out there on the floor, remember what brought you here 👇🏻 Remember the people beside you 🫂 Remember the ones who have backed you, pushed you and believed in you ✨❤️🙌🏽

Because at 6PBC, we don’t just show up for ourselves — we show up for each other ✊🏼🫶🏼

Inside the gym. Out on the turf. Anywhere.

More than a gym… A community. A family 🤍

Proud of everyone who participated in turf over the weekend! 🔥🫳🏽💜

Back to our roots. 🫶🏼

Some people see a gym..

We see friendships, encouragement, hard work, and people becoming stronger inside and outside the gym 💪🏼💙

This is what 6PBC is all about 💙

More than a gym 💙

Drop a ‘💙’ if you’ll be showing up for yourself this week ✨😀

Part 1 🎬 ✨

Who are the people you train beside every week?

Outside the gym, they’re parents, tradies, teachers, business owners, students, coaches… male strippers 👀 and so much more 😂🥰

Different lives. Different stories. One incredible community 💙

Take a watch and get to know some of the amazing people who make 6PBC what it is 😍 ✨

👇 After watching, tell us… what do you do outside the gym? 👀😝
