Sliding clinics are my favorite. I get to coach kids I have never met and they all walk away learning a new skill. Also it is an awesome experience for them. More clinics to come in 2027.

This is my daughter. Sliding was a challenge for her mentally. She would overthink and struggle to trust the movement she had been practicing.

But she stuck with it. We kept it positive. We wouldn’t push it. We just focused on getting a little bit better each time we practiced. And by her sixth session, she was finding that confidence.

We all learn at different speeds. Keep it positive. Keep it fun. And don’t let them give up.
