I thrive in prep. But we need to take time away from the stage, let our body recover and return to a healthy state. This offseason is intentional. I am going to build and do it the right way but that also means giving myself grace and learning how to balance bodybuilding and life outside of it. So blessed.

from my beautiful cousin’s wedding in CBUS to CLE to surprise my family, it was a must needed trip back home🤍

moved out at 18 and have never felt homesickness until recently. I will always make time for the people I love, even while I’m in prep for my most important show yet. I am so blessed to have such supportive people around me. They support me in my bodybuilding career and in my decision to move from home. Although it was an amazing and well spent trip, there never seems to be enough time🤍

bodybuilding doesn’t have to be selfish.
