Our last day in Rincon ☀️ 🎣

A morning of fishing with @el_toro_fishing_charter & @fathom_charters_pr , sunshine, exploring town, glow & flow, one last sunset together, and dinner back at the villa with our fresh-caught fish.

Last morning beach walk before heading back to reality, taking a little piece of Rincón with us. 🤍

Day 4 🌊 Getting comfortable being uncomfortable.

A morning free flow, our third and final day of surf lessons, a hike along Domes Trail, and another beautiful sunset before dinner at Tamboo. ☀️🌴

So much of this week has been about trying new things, embracing the wipeouts, showing up even when something feels unfamiliar, and realizing we’re capable of more than we think.

Sometimes the best things happen when we step outside our comfort zone, let go of the need to get it right, and just go for it. 🤍

There’s something special about getting a group of women together, stepping outside our comfort zones, and trying something new.

From catching our first waves (and plenty of wipeouts 😂) to cheering each other on from the shore, our mornings in the ocean have been filled with so much laughter, encouragement, and a little bit of chaos.

Because it’s not about how many waves we catch. It’s about showing up, trying something new, and making memories along the way. Salty hair, sandy toes, new friendships, and little moments that remind us why we created Rooted & Wild in the first place. 🤍🌴

Spent the last year frequenting this place during my short stints at home between work trips…@theyardgym_annapolis: A place of zero judgment. People focused on bettering themselves, while still finding time for smiles, hugs & laughter…Maybe some dance moves too 😂

So grateful for the community & I know I post the workouts/early mornings often, but it’s not for show. I share them in hopes it inspires someone else to show up for themselves too. My body and mind have only improved and it all starts with just showing up. 🫶🏼
