BIOptimizers x JOHN REED Fitness: Dallas Edition ☀️

We brought our Dallas community together for a morning of movement, and they showed up ready. @ask.drconner led the room through kettlebells, heavy weights, and Pilates-inspired work that hit every muscle group.

Hydration and recovery matter most after a class like that, which is exactly what our Electrolyte Hydration Station was there for. All 3 flavors on ice, made with 5 electrolytes and 4 forms of magnesium. No added sugar, no stevia, no maltodextrin 💧

Thank you @johnreedfitness_us for hosting us, and to everyone who came out 💚

In honor of Women’s History Month, we would like to celebrate our Matcha Queen, Dr. Tracy Conner💚✨

From being a loyal customer to hosting amazing, community-centered events at our juice bar, Dr. Conner has been a true supporter of our vision. She’s known for making a statement—whether it’s her signature fresh fedora or her favorite color, neon green. When you see that bold style, you already know it’s her!

Beyond her style, her heart is just as powerful. She serves the Lord in everything she does, with grace, love, and intention.

Dr. Conner, we want to thank you for being such an incredible person and for inspiring women to walk confidently in everything they wear. Keep shining your light and being unapologetically YOU. Just know your 1:29 family truly appreciates you.
Happy Women’s History Month, Queen 💐💛

Yesterday was such a beautiful day at @129_fresh . My husband and I had the honor of hosting Kingdom Everywhere through our church, bringing service directly into our community. We’re truly grateful to be used by God and to continue growing in His Kingdom.

Yesterday we had our very first ‘ACTIVATE: Condition to Carry’ workout class and it was SO AMAZING!!! We did many things from stretching, to movement, to resistance training, to kickboxing and more! The energy was great and the class instantly turned into a community of encouragement, hard work, and unison rebuttals. lol If I had to break it down in just three simple words I would choose: FITNESS, FAMILY, & FUN!!

Thank you to everyone who made time to be apart! Special S/O my personal pushers @nicolebondslive & @niyacotton for being just that!!!

Special thank you to @drjaquetdumas & @shermandumastv for allowing me to host Activate at @kingdomculture.dtx - It was the perfect space & y’all are the best host!!

Much love to @cansou_2u for capturing these inaugural moments for me!!

FEBRUARY 21, 2026 is the next one!! Save the date & come join us!!! #Activate #HealthyLife #Purpose #WorkoutClass #CedarHill
