MY 56TH BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MYSELF. 🎁

On April 22, 2026, I turned 55.

I decided that my 56th birthday gift would be something money couldn’t buy.

The ability to look, feel, and live the way I choose—well into my 60s, 70s, and beyond.

I started by answering the #1 question I help others answer:

“How do you want to look, feel, and live the last 10 years of your life?”

On July 6, I weighed 198.2 pounds.

Today, October 19—105 days later—I weigh 175 pounds.

23.2 pounds gone. But what I’ve gained is worth far more.

Discipline. Energy. Confidence. Clarity. And proof that intentional decisions, consistently executed, change outcomes.

At 55, I’m building the body, mindset, and lifestyle I want to enjoy at 66 and beyond.

Now, with 187 days until my 56th birthday, my focus is on the other side of that equation:

Creating enough value for others to fund the freedom I want to enjoy for the rest of my life.

Because living longer is only part of the goal.

I want to live better. Love deeper. Give more. Create lasting wealth. And help others do the same.

That’s what Life Is Rich means to me.

So I have two questions for you:

1. How do YOU want to look, feel, and live the last 10 years of your life?

2. Who do you know who deserves the opportunity to answer that question for themselves?

I’m not asking you to buy anything.

I’m asking you to consider me as a resource for someone you care about.

Because the greatest asset you’ll ever manage isn’t your money.

YOU ARE THE ASSET.™

Some relationships begin as introductions.

The meaningful ones become alignment.

Four years ago, October 2022, I had the privilege of meeting Victoria L. Woods, CEO of ChappelWood Financial Services Since then, that connection has become a powerful example of what happens when trust, wisdom, leadership, and shared values are allowed to grow.

Victoria has welcomed me to coach her team on luxury branding. We have shared platforms through podcasts, radio, women’s conferences, and meaningful conversations around leadership, wealth, stewardship, and impact.

Most recently, I was honored to serve as a speaker for the ChappelWood Financial Services 30th Anniversary Gala — a milestone that reflects vision, endurance, excellence, and legacy.

Her words in this video are deeply meaningful to me:

“I am your biggest champion.”

That is not something I take lightly.

Because in leadership, the real measure of success is not how many rooms you enter.

It is whether your presence brings value, clarity, and confidence once you are there.

Thank you, Victoria, for your trust, your friendship, your leadership, and your continued belief in the work we are building.

Life is rich when relationships become stewardship.

The people I serve best are leaders already carrying responsibility.

Not just people who want more information.

People who are already stewarding a book of business, a congregation, a company, a nonprofit, a team, or a community.

That may be a pastor.
A business owner.
A nonprofit executive.
A financial professional.
A ministry leader.
A founder.
A coach.
A decision-maker responsible for people, resources, outcomes, and trust.

The common thread is stewardship.

Because when I serve that kind of leader, I’m not just helping one person. I’m helping someone who has the responsibility to serve many.

That is the ideal relationship.

I bring clarity, leadership, financial insight, and strategic structure to the person carrying the weight of influence. Then they are better equipped to serve the people entrusted to them.

That matters to me because leadership is not about position. It is about responsibility.

And the leader who manages resources without clarity eventually creates confusion for everyone depending on them.

So my ideal client is not simply someone with ambition.

It is someone with assignment.

Someone who understands that money, leadership, AI, systems, and strategy are not just tools for personal success. They are tools for greater stewardship.

That is where my work has the greatest return.

I help leaders become more clear, more disciplined, and more equipped so the people they lead can be better served.

“The best leaders don’t just ask, ‘How do I grow?’ They ask, ‘Who becomes better because I grew?’”

Cancer may touch one person, but it impacts an entire household. That’s why our fight can’t stop at awareness. We must educate, support, connect and strengthen the families standing behind every survivor, every fighter and every person we’ve lost.

My mother-in-love is a breast cancer survivor.
My father-in-love passed away from cancer in 2016.
Our Pastor passed from cancer in 2018.
My grandmother passed from cancer in 2020.
My sister-in-law passed from cancer in 2020.

Life Is Rich Global exists to help build stronger households—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, relationally, physically and financially.

Through Life Is Rich CARES™, we bring communities together around the causes affecting families. Through the Household Economic System™, we help families turn awareness into practical action.

We don’t need everyone to buy something. We need everyone to do something.

Learn something.
Share a story.
Support someone.
Get screened when appropriate.
Nominate a survivor.
Connect a resource.
Open a door.
Strengthen a household.

A plan made before the spending rush gives you a chance to ask better questions.

What is already committed? Which household purchases repeat every month? What matters most to your family this season?

The 90-Day Household Evaluation helps you look at your household’s economic patterns with more clarity—before decisions are made on autopilot. It starts with understanding, not judgment.

If you’re ready to take a closer look, message me “EVALUATION.”

Most people think they have a money problem.

Sometimes, they have a structure problem.

We all receive the same 1,440 minutes every day. After work, sleep, commuting, family responsibilities, and the necessities of life, there may only be one or two truly discretionary hours left.

That changes the conversation.

Your two most valuable resources aren’t just money and time.

They’re discretionary money and discretionary time.

And both require stewardship.

If every dollar is already committed before you earn it, more income may simply finance a more expensive version of the same problem.

If every minute is already consumed, working harder may create more income while costing you the very life you’re trying to build.

So audit the system.

Look at the subscriptions, vendors, conveniences, recurring expenses, and commitments you’ve accumulated.

Then ask:

Does this still serve the life I’m building?

That’s the hidden opportunity.

Financial freedom isn’t simply about making more money. It’s about creating enough margin—in your cash flow and your calendar—to make intentional decisions.

Life is rich when your resources serve your purpose—not when your purpose becomes serving your expenses.

Stop asking for the next level while defending the habits of the current one.

Opportunity does not make you ready.
It reveals whether you have been preparing.

Your calendar tells the truth.
Your discipline tells the truth.
Your stewardship tells the truth.

Comfort is expensive.
Discipline compounds.

Choose accordingly.

What comfort are you being called to outgrow this season?

30 years doesn’t happen by accident.

It takes vision.
It takes consistency.
It takes relationships.
And it takes trust.

I had the privilege of sharing a few words at Chapelwood Financial’s 30th Anniversary Gala honoring Victoria and Damon and the legacy they continue to build.

What struck me most is something I’ve believed for a long time:

Wealth is not simply about how much money you make. It’s about what you do with what you have.

The decisions you make.
The people you serve.
The wisdom you share.
The opportunities you create.
And ultimately, the legacy you leave behind.

That’s why I believe the best financial professionals are doing more than managing money.

They’re in the education business.
The belief business.
The legacy business.

Victoria and I connected several years ago because we discovered that we share that philosophy. And over time, that connection has grown into conversations, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping people make better decisions about money and wealth.

There’s a larger leadership lesson here:

Success can be measured in years. Legacy is measured in what continues because you were there.

Congratulations to Victoria, Damon, and the entire Chapelwood family on 30 years.

Here’s to what you’ve built—and what you’re still building.

Day 84 : 4am — Executive Director

198.2 lbs → 177.8 lbs.

20.4 lbs down.
2.8 lbs from my Day 90 goal.

2 bottles of water.
11K row completed.
Shake + 3 scoops + creatine.
Lower-body strength at 9:30.

Energy creates options.

The photos tell the truth: a smaller waist, a stronger back and discipline becoming visible.

I’m entering the final six days focused—not frantic. No crash tactics. No shortcuts. Preserve the muscle, execute the plan and finish what I started.

593,000 of 1,000,000 meters.
407,000 meters remain.

Sunday: The Decision

Some people are still waiting for confirmation.
Others have already decided to become the confirmation.

That is the difference.

Faith does not remove responsibility.
It increases it.

At some point, you stop asking God to show you another sign and start becoming the kind of person who can steward the opportunity already in front of you.

Willing.
Coachable.
Hungry.
Disciplined.

Those are not personality traits.
They are decisions.

The door is open, but access still requires alignment.

This week, don’t just look for opportunity.
Become prepared enough for opportunity to recognize you.

Life Is Rich when your decision finally matches your calling.

The door is open. Book the conversation when you are ready to move with clarity.

Habits Don’t Change Outcomes Until They Change Identity

Most people want a different outcome.

Fewer are willing to become a different person.

That is the hidden truth in transformation.

The weight loss was not the miracle.
The routine was not the miracle.
The 4:00 AM wake-up was not the miracle.

The miracle was identity alignment.

I stopped negotiating with the old version of myself and started building a life that made the new outcome inevitable.

That is how habits work.

You do not need to quit everything at once.
You need to shift the pattern that keeps producing the same result.

Small disciplines, repeated consistently, become evidence.
Evidence becomes belief.
Belief becomes identity.
Identity becomes transformation.

This is true physically.
It is true financially.
It is true spiritually.
It is true in leadership.

You do not drift into a richer life.

You build it through faith, discipline, stewardship, and systems.

Risk: Do not confuse intensity with transformation. Intensity fades when emotion leaves.

Guardrail: Build habits that honor your health, your family, your faith, and your assignment—not habits that make discipline another form of bondage.

Life Is Rich when your daily habits agree with your desired future.
