Raising daughters, breaking cycles, paying bills, savage hustle, and still showing up looking cute.…

…powered by sacrifice, survival, and a little bit of ‘watch me do it myself.” Throughout the day to day, we will never forget to have fun.

Speed & Power don’t come from jumping randomly ⚡
They come from intent, consistency, and doing the little things right.

Today’s plyometric focus 👇
🟦 Two-foot hops (box & hurdle patterns)
🦵 Single-leg hops for symmetry & control
🚧 Hurdle → box jumps for elastic reactivity
⛰️ Incline broad jumps for horizontal force

For softball players 🥎👇
Plyometrics help translate strength into on-field speed. Quicker first steps, more explosive acceleration, and better force control for cutting, decelerating, and staying healthy throughout the season.

Plyos aren’t about jumping high 🚀
They’re about landing well, absorbing force, and reapplying it efficiently.

Built with purpose 🧠
Trained with intent 🎯

What’s one movement you want to feel more confident and powerful in this year? 👇
