POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Ran the @stgeorgemarathon as Josh’s legs this year. Somewhere around mile 10, on another never ending gradual climb, I was doing a lot of math about the remaining 16 miles.

Then Latham showed up. He was running his own marathon, had zero obligation to us, and pushed anyway for over a mile.

I talk a lot about doing hard things. Turns out part of doing hard things is saying yes when a stranger offers to help, instead of insisting you’re fine.

Latham, if this finds you: thank you. Josh and I won’t ever forget your kindness.

This is what adaptive racing looks like. Every athlete gets to the finish line, and sometimes a few strangers help get them there 💙

A big thanks to @hippo_grind for capturing this moment 🔥

A special thank you to Zach Fitness for taking the time to acknowledge my son, David, and share his story with everyone. Your kindness, encouragement, and support truly mean so much to our family. 💙

We would love for you to come out, support David, and show him some love! Every share, comment, prayer, and act of support makes a difference.

Thank you again, Zach Fitness, for helping David feel seen, celebrated, and encouraged. We are truly grateful! 🙏🏽💙
