Testing out some liquid masking before we spray Uni-Primer on all these French windows.

We normally use washi tape and plastic to protect the glass, but wanted to give this a proper test before committing to the entire job.

The goal was to make sure we applied it thick enough for a clean removal.

Look how easily it peels off, even getting perfectly into every corner. Pretty impressive first test.

Would you use liquid masking or stick with traditional tape?

Liquid masking has been something we’ve utilized so much this year with all of our detailed and more complex interior projects. Application is quicker than tediously taping each individual window, and the unmasking process at the end is so satisfying!

Little windows, BIG time saver! 🤩 Liquid masking makes all the difference when there are this many windows to paint. Less tedious prep, more time for the finish! #prep #interiorpainting #hack

Product testing with Carlo.
Doing what it says not to do to see what happens.
It’s always good practice to test products before hand, before just trying them on your job. Here I’m applying liquid masking to Plexiglas.
It says do not do this in the directions, but why?
