Lil quick update on the *Risky Healing * journey!

I feel stronger and better everyday. I truly love myself and the journey God has sent me on. No one said it would be easy but it’s giving me so much perspective.

I’ve blocked out to so much outside noise, locked in and really have entered a season of womanhood that i didn’t know i had to experience. I’m a creative power force and a healer. The time is now! And I’m so happy that i have ppl in my corner that see where I’m going. I’m not even illl. I just had to a to do a lil reset you feel me lmao.

I love the present moment and the moments to come.

Yall i wanted to give up SO bad. As soon as the doctor told me they suspected dis-ease in my colon i collapsed. @kamille.deville and I had already been planning my campaign, but i really wanted to scrap it. I was no longer in the mood to strive for greatness.

If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have had such a successful outcome and made the most via asterisk til this day!

This was just another reminder of how strong my support system is. Also, when you’re going through something, don’t forget to do the things you love and enjoy. That’s healing energy. It’s so much easier said than done but you’ll take yourself later i promise!

I know I’ve been putting off the QA but the YouTube video will be up as soon as possible. Happy Sunday and happy healing 🩷

Flashback to 2022, collaboratively creating the first Spectral Theory uniform with @nayslayerr x @asteriskthebrand. From our first phone call to her intricate crochet technique to the moment I wore my fit on Howard's campus after not being back for 8 years, this is where the magic really happens.
