Grin and Bear it🦷

Massive Love to both @astermunro and @nasir_allah for trusting me on this project and ofc the team for sharing the experience of being terrified by Giorgia’s and Dave’s performance.

Big thanks to @luminarix_

We did another Tranz Tropez! Thank you to all who came to join us back in December for the second instalment of our Film Club screening event with @staffordshirest 📽️

Watch this space for more in 2026…

I couldn’t be more grateful to all the filmmakers who sent in their submissions, the StSt team for making the whole event come together, and to our wonderful audience who asked many thoughtful questions which allowed us to all share conversations with some of the filmmakers on the programme we were lucky enough to meet at the screening 🌟

It was very fun to discuss trans filmmakers’ varied relationships to horror, and how our lived experiences can lend themselves to pretty unlimited realms of possibility when it comes to the characters we create, the bodies they inhabit, and the unique horror narratives we’re able to explore.

Here are a few pictures, stay tuned for more to come.
