Why wait for next month to provide? Let’s raise this coming month needs before it begins. 25 children are counting on us. Any amount helps.

The boys had a great time with their cousins in Richmond being boys! Despite the cold weather they spent hours in the woods building fires and having a blast!

So glad they get to grow up together #cousins #boys

A Blessed Thanksgiving from the Stewart Family.

It’s been an incredible year of lots of change and we are thankful all the challenges and celebrations it has brought into our lives. #family #familytime #memories #thanksgiving

The 2031 and 2032 (and some 2034! ) boys lacrosse players, coaches and parents for @team91south and @team91virginia played hard in their October Tournaments in honor of those impacted by Breast Cancer!

Each player rocked an @lax_straps breast cancer awarness stap on their helmet to not only show our support but to also raise awareness for a cause that touches many lives, including those in our own organization.

Peep the shout out from the 31 and 32 boys teams, who took first place and second place respectively this weekend🙌🏻

Love ya Indoe’s 💓

The next month will be my comeback! So let’s get down to business… most diseases are actually preventable, and most actually are even reversible. We don’t have to live being tired, stressed, and sick all the time!

Health and vitality IS under OUR control (even with genetic predispositions) and it’s simpler than you might think.

@drcaseyskitchen covers this in her book, Good Energy, which EVERYONE should read. Thanks to @michelle.l.roy for the recommendation!

When our cells have the energy to do their jobs of keeping us
✅nourished
✅clear minded
✅hormonally balanced
✅immune protected
✅heart-healthy
✅structurally sound
We can live in excellent physical and mental health.

When they don’t? We get sick. We hurt. We AGE before our time. We get brain fog, depression, anxiety…

So how do we combat this?
💚 Eat whole food, not processed food
💚 Move our body
💚 Hydrate
💚 Prioritize sleep

We have created a 31 day challenge that you’re welcome to join for FREE where we focus on the things above.☝🏼

We’re bringing in a Macro Coach and Gym owner, a PA, a Nutrition Coach, and several others to lead us through the month with science backed tips and lifestyle hacks, education, motivational support, and some incredible resources to help us win back our health!

Think a pantry takeover, understanding your gut, mastering your metabolism, how to get restful sleep (remember that!), toxin free grocery runs!, hydration hacks, ALL THE RECIPES, and SO MUCH MORE....

And it’s all FREE.

Any? Because we’re own a mission to heal ourselves and empower you to do the same.

Drop “Info” in the comments if you want the details to join us. 💚⬇️🌱❤️

A kettle of Hawks from all over Virginia turned out in Charlottesville today to see the Terps take on the Hoos.
While the final outcome was not what the crowd had hoped for, you can tell the boys still had fun watching the teams battle it out into overtime.
