Just because it’s cold doesn’t mean it’s not powerful.

Iced herbal teas = same benefits, cooler vibes.
Perfect for hot days, busy schedules, or just a switch-up in your wellness routine.

Today I used:
🌿Out of the Blues – for anxiety & mood support
🌿Nourish – for everyday wellness & nutritional support

Both blends are available at Pureve.net

✨INNER BALANCE TINCTURE✨
Made with mood-loving herbs like St. John’s Wort, Nettle, and Ginkgo — this formula helps calm anxious energy, clear mental fog, and bring you back to you.

A few drops a day? Yes, please.

👉🏽 Drop a “🧘🏽” if your nervous system needs a lil’ help lately.

When the seasonal blues (or the news!) have you feeling down, it’s time for a calming cup of ‘Out of the Blues’ tea. 💙🌿

With a blend of Butterfly Pea Flower, Nettle, and St. John’s Wort, this tea is my go-to for easing stress, balancing mood, and getting back to center. Perfect for those days when you need a little extra TLC. ☕💆🏽‍♀️

Who else could use a mood boost today? 💙✨
