Hey hey 👋🏾

Let’s be honest…Showing up is the hardest part.

Not the workout.
Not the steps.
Not even the sweat.

It’s the moment where you decide: “I’m actually going.”

Because it’s easy to:

watch the videos
say “I’m gonna come next time”
wait until you feel more “ready”

But the women you see growing?
They didn’t wait to feel ready.
They just showed up.

And guess what…
every single person you see in class was a beginner once.

No rhythm? Cool.
A little nervous? Same.
Trying something new? That’s the point.

This is your sign to stop watching from the sidelines and come experience it for yourself 💃🏾

📍 Thursday | 6PM
📍 1116 Charmain Street

Pull up. Bring a friend if you need to.
Or come solo and leave with community.

Either way… we’re gonna get better together 🤝🏾✨

COMBAT CUDDLES RECAP - Just a Hug, Until you Tap 😌🥋

Another strong night in partnership with @riojiujitsuacademy .

What we love most about these events is watching women realize in real time that they are capable of more than they thought. Not in a hype way. In a real, hands on, “oh… I can actually do this” kind of way.

Last Ladies Lift Night we focused on lifting up survivors of domestic violence. Creating space. Raising support. Standing with women in our community who needed it.

This felt like the natural next step.

Support matters. Community matters.
And so does knowing how to protect yourself.

At Gracefully Fit, empowerment is not something we just print on a shirt. It’s something we practice. It looks like strong lifts. It looks like learning how to get out of a hold. It looks like women cheering each other on while doing hard things.

And we’re not done. Not now. Not ever. 🖤

Next up: Women’s firearms Training. . More details coming soon!

“Dreams are free. Goals have a cost. While you can daydream for free, goals don’t come without a price. Time, Effort, Sacrifice, and Sweat. How will you pay for your goals?“ ~Usain Bolt

10 years in this game.
I’ve lost relationships, homes, comfort, and people I loved most. I trained in New Mexico and Vegas, walked into big gyms with elite partners, built win streaks, scored knockouts, went semi-viral on UFC Fight Pass, earned articles calling me on the doorstep of the UFC, and had real conversations with UFC representatives about my spot on the Contender Series. I fought for a world title—sometimes sleeping in my car outside American Top Team just to keep going.

Then life hit harder than any fight. I lost my grandfather… then my dad to suicide just months later—days after my first world title fight. I rushed back into fights while grieving, took a 9–5 at Chase to survive, got into a major car accident before leaving Georgia, and had to rebuild everything from the ground up. Chase helped me fix my credit and finances, get back on my feet, and eventually move back to Florida. I Airbnb-hopped until my realtor, Ms. Jeanette, helped me find a place to call home.

Now I’m in a peaceful, fully furnished apartment, with a new car, new coaches, new teammates, and a new opportunity—fighting for another pro title in Atlanta on March 20th.

I’m no longer chasing where this journey might take me. I’m grateful for everything it took to get me here.
Still standing. Still fighting. 🥊#badmanfindley🇺🇸🇯🇲 #yourlegacy #keepmovingforward #HappyNewYear

✨ Move into the new year, don’t leap. ✨

No goals. No “new year, new you.”
Just music, movement, and a smooth start.

We’re welcoming 2026 the same way we’re meant to enter anything new: with rhythm, not rush.

This is a beginner-friendly R&B step class designed to help you loosen up, catch the beat, and vibe your way forward.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need perfection.
Just come ready to move and enjoy yourself.

Let’s celebrate the new year in motion 🖤🎶 #aidtoassets #fayetteville #fayettevillenc #hiphopstep #beginerworkout

Some people decompress by being still.
I decompress by moving with people who make me laugh.

Step has never felt like punishment to me.
It feels like joy, community, and release all at once.

That’s why I keep coming back.
And why my body keeps asking for it.

Try it once, if it helps. If not, that’s information too.

S/o to my girl @peachie_hs for always being down to hop on the boards. Appreciate you! 🫶🏾
