20 years at Lehmann Maupin💙

It’s hard to put two decades into words. When I look back, I’m most grateful for the people—the incredible colleagues who have become friends, mentors and family, and the artists whose vision, trust and work have shaped my career in ways I could never have imagined.

I’ve had the extraordinary privilege of growing alongside this gallery, witnessing so many moments of change, taking risks, celebrating successes, navigating challenges, and sharing countless unforgettable experiences along the way.

To the artists who have trusted me, the collectors who have become friends, and especially to my colleagues who have made these 20 years so meaningful: thank you!!!

Last Friday in Miami, the TOUT-MONDE Art Foundation @toutmondefoundation gathered an inspiring circle of creatives and cultural voices for its Annual Women’s Art & Design Dinner.

Centered around the work of two new TMAF Artist Members, Esther @mirabelstudiodesign & Johanna Mirabel @johannamirabelstudio, the evening was filled with thoughtful exchanges, new connections, and a shared commitment to supporting emerging and female contemporary artists.

Twin sisters, Johanna Mirabel, a visual artist, and Esther Mirabel, an interior architect and designer, develop a collaborative practice at the intersection of art, architecture, and memory. Through installations, scenography, and spatial narratives, their work explores the memory of places, collective imaginaries, and non-linear forms of remembrance. They are currently in residence at Villa Albertine, where they continue to investigate the invisible landscapes of territories through lived experiences and shared cartographies.

Thank you to our members and supporters who joined us and contributed to making this moment so special.

On February 10, 2026, we are thrilled to host a Tribeca edition of our signature event, Buy What You Love, presented by the Young Collectors Members, at the RHMF space in Tribeca (153 Hudson Street).

This special evening will be co-chaired by @JessicaChestler and @AlvaStux and will feature more than 200 anonymous works on paper. Every purchase directly supports emerging artists and cancer patients through our Peter Hort Quality of Life Grants. Collect with purchase, all artworks are original and $500 and under. Doors at 5:30, event begins at 6pm and will feature a reverse auction format.

Wow what a whirlwind Miami Art Week. Although I could not be there in person this time around, I am so grateful that my crew brought Flat Toma along for the adventure. From the main Art Basel fair to Nada, Untitled, Art Miami, Aqua, Ink, and all the amazing side quests including seeing 50 Cent and Tiesto, the week felt like a beautiful blur of art, energy, and community.

As we fly back today and finally get some much needed rest, I cannot help but feel grateful that Flat Toma was able to say hi to so many of our friends, and we loved seeing so much incredible new work out in the world. As always, reach out if you have questions about the best of the art fairs and how to start your own collection.

Mark your calendars for next years adventure in Miami, always the first week in December. Thank you to our crew and friends for making it such a memorable week.
